Child Safety Standards

Last updated: February 23, 2026

SupClub is committed to the safety and protection of children. Our platform is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over who are attending nightlife venues. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) of any kind. This document outlines our standards, procedures, and commitments to child safety in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

1. Age Requirement

SupClub is strictly intended for users aged 18 and over. Access to the app requires a valid event check-in at a licensed nightlife venue, which inherently restricts usage to adults who have passed venue entry requirements.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account

App functionality is gated behind venue check-in, which requires physical presence at an age-restricted establishment

Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are immediately suspended and investigated

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSEA

SupClub maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual exploitation and abuse. The following content and behaviors are absolutely prohibited on our platform:

Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or text

Grooming or any attempt to exploit, solicit, or endanger minors

Sharing, distributing, or promoting any material that sexualizes minors

Any communication intended to facilitate contact with minors for exploitative purposes

3. Detection and Enforcement

We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent CSEA on our platform:

Automated content moderation to detect and block prohibited material before it reaches other users

In-app reporting tools that allow any user to flag concerning content or behavior directly to our team and venue staff

Profile image moderation to prevent inappropriate content from being used as profile pictures

Venue staff have direct moderation capabilities to review and act on reports in real time

4. Reporting and Response

We take every report seriously and act swiftly:

Users can report child safety concerns using the in-app help button available on every screen

All reports involving potential CSEA are reviewed immediately and escalated as a top priority

Offending accounts are immediately suspended pending investigation

Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and content removal

Relevant evidence is preserved and reported to the appropriate law enforcement and child protection authorities

5. Cooperation with Authorities

SupClub complies with all applicable child safety laws and cooperates fully with law enforcement:

We report all identified CSAM and CSEA to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent regional authorities

We comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation

We cooperate with Romanian authorities (DIICOT) and European law enforcement agencies as required by EU and national law

6. Staff Training

Our team members responsible for content moderation and user safety are trained to identify, respond to, and report potential CSEA. Our designated child safety contact is trained and able to discuss our CSAM compliance practices with relevant authorities and platform reviewers.
